Hi, I’m Marie — founder of VAS4U, a business built from my love for organisation, people, and purpose. I’m passionate about helping fellow entrepreneurs like you scale, simplify, and thrive — all while aligning your business with the values that matter most to you.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve wanted to be a businesswoman — someone successful, respected, and making a real impact. But, being a multi-passionate person, it took time to figure out what I truly wanted to do and how it could align with my values.

Born in Ukraine, raised in the Czech Republic, and now living in London, I’ve been shaped by diverse cultures and experiences. My family is in Ukraine, my sisters and lifelong friends are in Czechia, and I’ve called London home since 2018. This international experience has made me realise how important flexibility is.

For years, I worked with the traditional 28 days of annual leave, but it was never enough. Not for family birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, or personal time off. I longed for the freedom to be present for the moments that truly matter, while still building something meaningful. That’s when I realised the power of remote work — the ability to run a business anywhere, with the flexibility to travel, spend time with loved ones, and still support people like you in building your dreams.

My career began in hospitality, an industry I never expected to be in but quickly fell in love with. Starting as a receptionist at Hilton, I discovered my passion for connecting with people and creating seamless experiences. Over the years, I moved into the role of Groups, Conference & Events Planning Executive again at well known and respected brand as is Hilton, organising everything from intimate meetings to large multi-day events with hundreds of guests. Many of those clients became repeat collaborators — and sometimes even friends.

The journey I took, alongside a brilliant team, helped shape my skills and knowledge. From planning small events to those requiring months of logistics, I thrived on creating something memorable and making sure every detail was spot on.
